No. There is no change fee for pickup time, route or stops, and no limit on stops in hourly service. Waiting time counts toward your hours, and extra time is charged at the hourly rate.
Yes. Reservations and dispatch are available 24/7 by phone, text, WhatsApp and email, and there is no late-night or early-morning surcharge.
Request a quote online and confirm with a 30% deposit. Same-day bookings need at least four hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund, between 12 and 24 hours for a 50% refund, and less than 12 hours before pickup for no refund.
Yes. Musat operates under USDOT 4351552 and MC 1701558 with $1.5M in liability insurance. Every chauffeur holds a CDL with passenger endorsement and has passed background checks, drug tests and safety training.
