Yes. Reservations and dispatch are available 24/7 by phone, text, WhatsApp and email, and there is no late-night or early-morning surcharge.
Request a quote online and confirm with a 30% deposit. Same-day bookings need at least four hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund, between 12 and 24 hours for a 50% refund, and less than 12 hours before pickup for no refund.
Yes. Musat operates under USDOT 4351552 and MC 1701558 with $1.5M in liability insurance. Every chauffeur holds a CDL with passenger endorsement and has passed background checks, drug tests and safety training.
