Yes. Westchester County Airport (IATA: HPN) is located in White Plains, NY. It is commonly referred to as both 'White Plains Airport' and 'Westchester Airport.' MUSAT services all FBOs at this facility.
Both work well. Teterboro (TEB) is closer at ~12 miles from Manhattan, while HPN is ~26 miles. However if your destination is Westchester, Greenwich, or Connecticut, HPN is far more convenient.
